TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.General
1. Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.2. I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.3. All animation is transferred digitally.4. I only animate official art, commissioned art of OCs, or fanart with permission from the artist who made it. The commissioner must provide permission from the artist themselves.Payment1. Payment is only accepted through Paypal in EURO. I require full payment after the seperation of the image(s) before continuing the commission.2. If the seperated image(s) has/have been provided by the commissioner, full payment is required upfront.3. After payment has been recieved, i will start the animation process.Deadlines1. Depending on my workload and personal situation, the time to complete should take no longer than 4 weeks.2. I will provide an estimated time for completion, and indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP at any time.Usage Policy:1. My animations are for personal use only. No commercial use of my animations is allowed.2. I reserve the right to post my animations; please let me know if you'd like your commission to be private.3. The commissioner is allowed to post their commission with credit to me and a potential artist. A commission is not allowed to claim my work as their own.Refunds1. No refunds, i do not ask for payment until i have started.2. Minor changes or additions to a commission are allowed until a week after completion. Major changes, such as image or complete movement changes are not.3. Any* changes may be requested during the process of the animation

*Image changes are NOT allowed.
